Undergraduate Application
If you are a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident of the U.S. applying for undergraduate admission.
Graduate Application
If you are applying for graduate school or a second bachelor's degree.
International Application
If you are an international student and not a legal resident of the United States of America.
Board of Trustees Application
Western Illinois University offers a unique Board of Trustees Bachelor of Arts degree program designed to provide adult students with an opportunity to earn a regionally accredited undergraduate degree in a manner compatible with their educational needs and lifestyles. Undergraduate Non-Degree Application
Non-degree seeking students wishing to register for course work through the School of Extended Studies must complete this application prior to registering. If you have and/or are currently taking coursework or have been accepted by the University, complete the Request to Register for Courses (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).
Readmission Application (Undergraduate)
If you are a former WIU student who has not been enrolled for one or more spring or fall semesters.
Readmission Application (Graduate)
If you have previously applied to Graduate School as a degree or nondegree-seeking student and earned a grade (even if a W) but have not attended within the past year.
Readmission Application (Board of Trustees Program)
If you have earned prior credit from Western Illinois University and are seeking readmission to the Board of Trustees BA degree program. Application requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.
