Equipment Checkout Policies and Procedures

Electronic Student Services has the following items for checkout upon availability:

  • 3 Dell Laptops
  • 1 Proxima Projector

Equipment is available for ESS-supported departments only.

Laptops are preinstalled with:

  • Windows XP Professional
  • Microsoft Office 2007 Professional
    • Word
    • Excel
    • PowerPoint
    • Access
    • Publisher
    • Info Path
  • Acrobat Reader
The laptops also have:
  • 2 USB ports
  • 10/100 Ethernet port
  • Wireless network card
  • 56k Modem
  • CD-ROM
  • External Mouse (USB)

If you would like to check out any of our equipment listed above, please call Tara Chambers in the Office for the Vice President for Student Services at 209/298-1814. Please call at least 24 hours prior to the time in which you would like to pick up the equipment. If you need a special hardware or software configuration for any of our equipment please make your request at least 72 hours prior to the time in which you would like to pick up the equipment.

Privileges to the equipment may be revoked if the equipment is not properly cared for or is requested repeatedly and never picked up.
