Office Assessments
Our goal is to perform an office assessment each fiscal year. Due to limited resources, this may not be possible each year. If you would like an office assessment performed or have identified potential problems, contact the Director, Electronic Student Services, to set up a time for assessment.
Technology Planning
Electronic Student Services also provides assistance to offices completing their strategic plans on issues concerning information technology and is responsible for all long-range technology planning in the Division. Each year a strategic plan will be presented to the Vice President for Student Services for approval. The plan is developed by the Student Services Technology Group, and after approval, it is posted to the Division's intranet to conserve paper.
