Application Explorer - Application Launcher

Application Explorer

The Application Explorer is a network folder that is automatically installed on your desktop. This folder is the main location for all programs that are available to you from the server.

The Application Explorer will look a little different for every area depending on what programs are available in the area.

The common items are:
1. Install
2. Student Services Applications
3. Network
4. Office Folder

To open the Application Explorer:
1. Double click on the Application Explorer Icon.
2. Double click on the STUSERV_TREE.
3. Then select any folder that is available.

Installing Programs

Any program in the Application Explorer Install directory can be installed. To do this just click on the icon and then follow the applications dialog box.

Application Launcher

The Application Launcher is used to control access to custom developed applications in the Division of Student Services. When you double click on the icon, you will get a list of the programs that you have access to use. Double clicking on the name of the program will then launch the application.
