Critical Updates

After you log-in in the morning, you may have a balloon message that says you have new updates to install. When this happens, you need to follow the screen prompts to install the new updates. These are considered critical updates and should be performed as soon as possible. These will also require a restart once they have been installed.

Other Windows Updates

These are new programs or systems enhancements that do not have to be installed. In most cases they are improvements over common Windows features. We install the most recent versions when we install your hardware. Over time we may contact areas and inform them that they need to do a Windows Update to improve the way their computer is working.
