Booking an Internet Tee Time

By booking an Internet tee time I acknowledge that I understand and accept the policies for making and canceling a tee time listed below.

Reservations accepted by the Golf Course will receive an email confirmation. It is crucial that you fill out a valid email address for the purpose of your online booking! A valid credit card is required to book a tee time on-line.

Tee Time Reservation Policy

Tee times are available 7 days in advance when booking in person or by phone at 309-298-3676. Tee times may be booked 8 days in advance when booking online.

To be entered into our reservation system, guests will be asked for their first and last name, address, phone number, and email address. Guests booking online will be required to fill in all fields each time they book a tee time. Guest information is for in-house use only and will not be sold or shared with outside vendors. Email addresses will be used for sending automatic tee time confirmations and notices of interest regarding University Golf Course activities.

Online Booking - Acceptable Credit Cards

We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard to reserve your online tee time. There is no fee for booking online, however reservations not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be subject to charge on the credit card used to book the reservation.

Email Confirmations

Tee time reservations and cancellations accepted by the University Golf Course will receive an automatic email confirmation. Guests are asked to provide a valid email address for confirmation purposes. Email addresses are reserved for University Golf Course use and are not shared with other outside agencies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. Cancellations or changes must be made in person or by phone to the pro shop at 309/298-3676 - times cannot be cancelled through the website. Reservations not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be subject to full greens fees charged on the credit card used to book the reservation. As a courtesy to other guests, please notify the Pro Shop if you cannot make your reserved tee time.

"No Show" Policy

Guests that reserve tee times for any number of players and do not check in for their tee time or fail to cancel their reservation according to the Cancellation Policy are considered "No Shows". More than three "No Shows" in any one season may result in the suspension of reservation privileges and/or subject to full greens fees charged on the credit card used to book the reservation. As a courtesy to other guests, please notify the Pro Shop if you cannot make your reserved tee time.
