These bus routes primarily serve community and business areas of Macomb.
Route 4 - Orange serves the downtown area late at night Thursday through Saturday. The route is similar to Route 1 on campus, and runs about every 10 minutes on Thursday and every 8 minutes on Friday & Saturday. The route runs until 2:00am on Thursday, and 3:00am on Friday and Saturday.
Route 5 - Brown is the business route. It serves all major businesses on east Jackson St. and the square. The route is similar to Route 1 on campus, and runs 4:00pm to 10:00pm Monday through Friday and 12:00 to 6:00pm Weekends and Breaks.
Route 6 - White serves the northwest quadrant of town including Lamoine Village and the businesses on west Jackson St. This route runs on a 30-minute frequency from 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. This route starts and ends at the transfer center. Route 6 also has service on Saturday from 12:00 to 6:00pm.
Route 7 - Gold serves east Jackson St. businesses, Prairie View Homes, the Department of Human Services, Walgreens and the YMCA. It runs every 30 minutes Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm. This route starts and finishes at the transfer center. Route 7 also has service on Saturday from 12:00 Noon to 6:00pm.
Route 8 - Pink serves the southeastern part of Macomb. The main stops on the route include the west side of the square, Macomb High School, McDonough District Hospital, Jefferson House, and The Mental Health Building. Between 2:30 and 3:12pm, the route detours to Edison and then to YMCA daycare. Route 8 runs every 30 minutes from 7:00am to 5:30pm and starts and finishes at the transfer center near the train depot. Routes 8 also has service on Saturday from Noon to 5:30pm.
Route 9 - Purple serves the southwestern part of Macomb. The main stops are Spoon River College, Eisenhower Tower, West Jackson St., the DMV (upon request), Bridgeway, and West Grant Street. Route 9 runs from 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and detours to Macomb High School on the 3:15 -3:45pm run each weekday that school is in session. Route 9 begins and ends at the transfer center. Route 9 also has service on Saturday from 12:30pm to 6:00pm.
Route 10 - Black runs on Friday in order to get people to and from the Amtrak train station. It runs around the perimeter of campus and makes 2 circuits Friday morning betwen 6:00am and 7:00am and Friday night between 5:30pm and 6:30pm. On Sunday nights, Route 1 - Red picks up train passengers at 9:12pm (or until Midnight when the train is late arriving in Macomb).
Route 12 is the night route that covers route 3 and 11's day service. Route 12 runs M-Th from 5-10pm. Major stops on route 12 are Lamoine Village, Aspen Court, and Turnberry Villages 1,2 and 3.
