The resolution of problem is not Mike's doing--just sounds like I'm going to need further support as Mike was
not confident that my computer would keep working.

The technical service is excellent, and is always prompt and they are knowledgeable. The problem I had this
time is that the service request did not state that I was unable to work at all, which would have speeded up the
service call.

Kevin wasn't sure what caused the problem, but he was most helpful in showing me how to use the archives,
so I am in the process of archiving a lot of old (but still needed) messages, and this has already freed up
space to get me back down to 99% of capacity. Thanks!

Mike is always great to deal with and thoroughly answers any questions I have.
Machines are running so much faster with the new ram that was installed. It was a very quick installation, 5
machines updated in a less around an hour. Also helped with other quick tasks while he was in the office.
