| Registration was easy to do with the exception of the confirming portion. I am in and out all day and did not get to this and of course thought I was registered and was not. As for the training... As silly as this sounds break everything down, when you move the mouse and click describe exactly what you are doing. Some of the individuals got lost because it was shown and not told what they were clicking to attain the information. |
| Both Kevin and Bob did an excellent job and made you feel like every question was important to ask. |
| I was only able to attend the first day of my training, but I learned most of the capabilities of Groupwise mail. I have been using the calendar portion for a year or so already. The training was very helpful and I feel comfortable with Groupwise now. Thanks. |
| Good class - very informative. I was a little lost with the calendaring portion of the class because it went too fast for me and I couldn't think through the steps. However, the training site answered most of the questions I had. |
| I thought it was a good session. Just like to have more of the kinks worked out. Can't wait until the ccmail forward command is done and we only have to check one address. |
| I think the sessions would have been more beneficial if the participants had been divided into separate groups: 1)those individuals that already are using GroupWise and 2)those individuals who have never used GroupWise. Since our office has been using the calendar portion of GroupWise for some time that part of the session was not very helpful to me. |

| I had another task with higher priorty the day of training. It would have been of no use anyway. My Groupwise mailbox has never been setup! |
| Thought the information was wonderful. Would like an advanced class offered when time is available. Would like to deal with sharing documents, files, etc. |
| I would like to see a manual with easy to read and understand instructions and screen pictures included. The instructors were very fast on the screen and I understood what they were talking about, but because they were so fast, it was hard to follow on the projected screen. |
