This is an opportunity to try a variety of stress relievers. Come and enjoy the Joy room, the relaxation lounger, and the Em-wave computer program as you learn some simple relaxation techniques.

This group offers the support to begin or continue the healing process of sexual abuse/assault through discussions, structured activities, and shared goals.
Do you sometimes feel like your mind is so busy that you can't enjoy what is happening right now? Does this sometimes leave you feeling out of control of your emotions? This semi-structured mindfulness group teaches skills to begin to attend to and be aware of the present moment. This group also helps you begin to balance your emotional side with your logical side. Once this balance is achieved people often feel more in control of their emotions and more relaxed. Group runs for 5 weeks.
