Please address mail to individuals in residence halls either of these two ways:

The residence hall name may be used but only on a separate line above the street address. Room numbers should be listed after the street address as an apartment number: e.g. #1030 or #203.

How Do I Receive a Package?

All packages are received at the Front Desk of each Residence Hall a package slip is placed in the student's mail box. The student takes the package slip along with their ID to the Front Desk to retrieve the package

How Do I Receive or Send Mail?

Each student will be assigned a mailbox, students in a double room share a mailbox. To mail an item, there will be a box for outgoing mail at the front desk.

Where Are Mailboxes Located?

In most Residence Halls, the mailboxes are located in the lobby. However, for Lincoln, Washington and Grote Halls, the mail boxes for all 3 buildings are located in the Ravine Room.
