Parking Information

Parking Services coordinates all aspects of parking on Western Illinois University's Macomb campus. This includes vehicle hangtags, stickers and visitor permits, signage, enforcement of regulations and assistance to motorists in need.

How To Get Help

Locked out of your apartment? Problems with your sink? If you have any problems at all The GFH staff and administration is here to help. For most problems with your apartment you can go to the fix my apartment website and submit a work order request. You can also get in contact with your resident manager or call the GFH Hall Clerk at 298-3331 (Mon - Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm) . If you have a problem after 4:30 the GFH hall clerk will be unavailable. After 4:30 please call OPSat 298-1949.

Laundry

Each facility has a coin-operated laundry facility. Washers cost .75 cents per load and dryers cost .50 cents per load. Do not leave laundry unattended. Report machine problems to your building manager (Laundry machines in GFH do not accept FLEX points).
