Graduate Family Housing

Graduate Family Housing has three Village complexes for apartment living. On opposing corners of campus, each complex has its own unique mix of single or double bedroom furnished or unfurnished apartments. Click on a village name to learn more about it.

East Village

Built in 1965, Remodeled in 2003, East Village, located south of University Village, is a three story building containing 34 two-bedroom apartments and 2 handicap-accessible apartments.

University Village

Built in 1957, University Village has 30 one-bedroom apartments and one handicap-accessible apartment. The village is made up of three single-story, low-rise buildings located on the southeast corner of campus on Pierce Street

Lamoine Village

Opened in 1970, Lamoine Village has a total of three buildings. Building 1 has 96 one-bedroom apartments, Building 2 contains 88 one-bedroom apartments, and Building 3 contains 48 two-bedroom apartments, for a total of 232 apartments. Lamoine Village is located at the northwest end of campus off Wigwam Hollow Road.
