Opened in 1970, Lamoine Village has a total of three buildings. Building 1 has 96 one-bedroom apartments, Building 2 contains 88 one-bedroom apartments, and Building 3 contains 48 two-bedroom apartments, for a total of 232 apartments. Lamoine Village is located at the northwest end of campus off Wigwam Hollow Road.

Furnished Apartments

Furnished one-bedroom apartments have a loveseat, lounge chair, end table, dinette set with table and four chairs, bedroom set with two twin beds and chest of drawers or dresser with mirror and a night stand.

Furnished two-bedroom apartments have a loveseat, lounge chair, end table, dinette set with table and four chairs, bedroom set with double bed and chest of drawers or dresser with mirror and a night stand. The second bedroom includes (an) additional twin bed(s) and chest of drawers.
