Built in 1957, University Village has 30 one-bedroom apartments and one handicap-accessible apartment. The village is made up of three single-story, low-rise buildings located on the southeast corner of campus on Pierce Street

Furnished one-bedroom apartments have a loveseat, lounge chair, end table, dinette set with table and four chairs, bedroom set with two twin beds and chest of drawers or dresser with mirror and a night stand.
