Graduate & Family Housing
Graduate & Family Housing is comprised of three village complexes designed for apartment living. On opposing corners of campus, each complex has its own unique mix of single or double bedroom furnished or unfurnished apartments. Students must meet strict requirements to live in Graduate & Family Housing villages.

East Village is a three story building containing 34 two-bedroom apartments and 2 handicap-accessible apartments.
University Village has 30 one-bedroom apartments and one handicap-accessible apartment. The village is made up of three single-story, low-rise buildings.
Lamoine Village has a total of three buildings. Building 1 has 96 one-bedroom apartments, Building 2 contains 88 one-bedroom apartments, and Building 3 contains 48 two-bedroom apartments, for a total of 232 apartments.
