UHDS allows for residents of GFH to live as roommates in its one bedroom apartments. Both residents must meet the requirements to live in GFH and
both must be on that apartment's lease. Roommates are each billed for half of the standard rate of that apartment. If one roommate moves out, the remaining student is responsible for the entire rent.
UHDS is not responsible for finding a resident a roommate, nor is it responsible
for any problems or conflicts that arise from sharing an apartment with a roommate.
