Higgins Hall is a 20-story residence hall housing approximately 950 upperdivision students. Higgins Hall does not have any specialty lifestyle or academic communities, but instead focuses on creating welcoming and respectful communities on each floor. Higgins Hall also has a large number of both double and single rooms.

Higgins Hall participates annually in the Dancing for Dreams program, created to work with the Central Illinois Dream Factory to help make a local child's dream come true.
