Residence Hall ProgrammingEducational and social programs are a wonderful perk to living on campus. Residence hall and GFH staff members provide activities for residents to get to
know others, transition to campus and enhance their classroom learning. An average year will see over 4,000 programs presented for the benefit of our residents.
These programs will range from small floor functions to all campus events. Some examples are:
Floor dinners
Study skills sessions
Intramurals
Roller skating
Resume building
Leadership development
Discussion groups
These are just a few of the many types of programs. Staff members will also work in collaboration with residents to assess what activities and educational
opportunities are needed/wanted.
