JB serves in the capacity of Assistant Vice President for Student Services at Western Illinois University and is entering his 15th year at WIU. He supervises University Housing and Dining Services and the office of Student Development and Orientation and is the primary contact for Athletics Facilities. JB currently serves on the Foundation Board for ACUHO-I (Association of College and University Housing Officers-International). He has been very involved with GLACUHO (Great Lakes Association of College and University Housing Officers) in the past serving five years on the executive board as well as a stint on there Financial Advisory Board. John is member of the Western Athletic Club Advisory Board and Co-Chair for the Annual Purple and Gold Auction. JB helped coordinate training camp for the Rams during their nine year stay in Macomb and worked operations for them at both Super Bowls 34 and 36. John is married to Dana Biernbaum (Assistant VP for Administrative Services-WIU) and enjoys sports, traveling and two dogs Max and Maddie.

Jack Schoonover

Jack is in his 25th year at WIU, with the last 11 in University Housing and Dining Services. Jack is responsible for administrative and operational aspects of the housing operation. This includes all contracts and assignments for the residence halls, meal plans, campus wide IDs, badges and conference cards, micro fridges and billings. Jack is also responsible for the campus cable system, the CCTV (security cameras and recording devices) System, card swipe equipment for vending, copy machines and laundry and computer enhancements. Jack has also been appointed the Campus Administrator for the FTC Red Flag Committee (identity theft prevention policy). Jack is married and has 3 children and 1 granddaughter. In his spare time, he enjoys golf and traveling, especially down to the Lake of the Ozarks.

Tera Monroe

Tera supervises the Residence Life staff, including Assistant Directors of Residence Life, and Complex Directors. Tera is responsible for the program initiatives of Residence Life. Tera also serves as the advisor to Inter-Hall Council (IHC). Tera is a two time alumna of Western, receiving her Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science and her Master's degree in College Student Personnel. Tera's career has taken her to Southern Methodist University and the University of Arizona before returning to Western. Tera enjoys being outside with her two border collies, Boaz and Lucy and competing in agility trials with them.

Matt Bierman

Matt serves as the facilities and financial officer for the University Housing department. He works closely with financial operation long range planning and the budget. Additionally, he oversees the residential facilities. These responsibilities include working with purchasing, planning, and day to day operations. Matt has additional responsibilities in administrative operations of University Housing. Matt serves on the GLACUHO executive board as the GLACUHO President.

Matt has served most of his professional career at WIU. He served 4 years as the Complex Director of Bayliss Henninger before joining the Central Housing Office staff. Matt was awarded the ACPA Outstanding Experienced professional Award for Commission III. Matt enjoys working on his house and spending time with his wife Stacy, children Nicholas, James and John.

George P. is in his 7th year at WIU, serving the department as an Assistant Director of Residence Life. Prior to this, George P. served as an Area Coordinator and a Complex Director of Thompson for three years. George P. is responsible for supervising the Upper Division Halls and Graduate and Family Housing Staff. George P. has served as the adviser to NRHH and the advisor to RA Council. George P. also works very closely with the College Student Personnel 445 and 450 classes for RAs. Prior to them leaving Macomb, George P. served as the St. Louis Rams Training Camp Coordinator. George P. is very active in GLAUCHO. Previously he has served as the Awards and Recognition Committee Chair and the Professional Recruitment and Orientation Chair and is currently the Exhibitor Liaison.

George P. did his undergraduate at Western Illinois University and his graduate work at Ball State University in Muncie, IN. In his spare time George P. enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, building his own furniture, golfing, working on his 1969 Chevy Camaro.

Joseph Roselieb

Joe began as a Central Staff member in 2008. Before that he served as the Residential Facilities Graduate Assistant and a Facilities Assistant for three years while completing his bachelor's degree. He is responsible for the day to day operations and assists with overseeing the residential facilities and Graduate and Family housing complexes. Joe is also responsible for overseeing both the loft and Boerman Movers programs. He has served as an advisor to the Inter-Hall Council's Issues Committee and is currently a member of the ACUHO-I.

In his spare time Joe enjoys listening to and playing music, spending time with his friends and family, and watching movies.

Bridget Hiel

Bridget is the Conference Coordinator for UHDS. In this capacity she oversees and facilitates the coordination of most camps and conferences that WIU hosts. She also coordinates the lodging in Olson for special weekends on campus during the school year when the hotels in the community are full. WIU can offer an affordable alternative to driving to outside communities for lodging. Additionally, Bridget is responsible for the scheduling of the electronic classrooms in the residence halls and the Underground. She serves on the board of the Macomb Area Convention and Visitor's Bureau and is a member of the Purple and Gold Auction Committee.

Bridget enters her 12th year of service at WIU this year, serving the last 9 as Conference Coordinator. She earned both her Bachelor's of Business and Master's of Business Administration from WIU. Bridget has two children, Johnny and Jaxon. She enjoys participating in her family's activities and, in her spare time, baking.
