Cinema Showcase -
Cinema Showcase provides second run movies for the WIU community. Movies are shown in the Sandburg Theater Thursday through Sunday at the following times:
Comedy - Provides a variety of comic entertainment including one-person shows, showcases and student talent. Concert Productions - Provides a wide spectrum of musical entertainment consisting of both large and small scale concerts. 
Family Weekend - Provides activities for WIU's annual Family Weekend.Homecoming - Plans and coordinates activities associated with WIU's Homecoming Week including Parade, Royalty, Paint the Town, Variety Show, Yell Like Hell, etc. Issues and Ideas - Provides a variety of speakers and educational activities which increase awareness of social issues After Hours - Provides regular late night (after 10 pm) events to be held in conjunction with other committees, University facilities, student organizations, and administration. Special Events - Provides novelty and variety acts like magicians, inflatables and special attractions (i.e. Laser Tag, carnival rides, etc.)
