How do I rotate the image?
Using the iPIX direction control, click the direction that you would like to rotate. The image will slowly turn in that direction until you click the square stop button on the control.
Alternatively, if you click inside of the image, hold and drag, you will rotate the picture in the direction that you are dragging.
How do I zoom in on the image?
You can zoom into a photo by using the iPIX zoom controls. Click the magnifying with the + sign to zoom in, and click the magnifying glass with the - sign to zoom out. Windows users can also right-click within the image and select 'Zoom In' or 'Zoom Out'.
How do I stop rotating the image?
If you are rotating and wish to stop, click the square button on the iPIX direction control. You can also click anywhere within a rotating image to stop.
How do I skip to the next tour stop?
You can go to the next tour stop by clicking the Next >> link below each image. If the Next >> link is not clickable, you have reached the end of the tour. Alternatively, you can jump to a specific tour stop by clicking on a link within the Tour Navigator at the very bottom of the page.
I don't see any of the images. What do I do?
The 360-degree images used on our Virtual Tour utilize Java. Java comes pre-installed on many computers and comes with many web browsers. If you cannot see the images, you may have one of more of the following problems:
- You do not have Java installed on your computer. Visit the Java download page to download and install, for free, the newest version of the Java 2 Runtime Environment.
- Java is not enabled within your web browser. Consult the Help of your particular browser for instructions on enabling Java.
- You are running an outdated version of the Java 2 Runtime Environment. There are known problems with the Virtual Tour if you are running version 1.4.0_03 or earlier. Visit the Java download page to download and install the most current version.
- You are running an outdated web browser. Internet Explorer 6 or Netscape 7 are suggested for use on the Virtual Tour website. They can be downloaded and installed for free via the links provided.
